Progress meetings

The dates for this year's progress meetings can be found on our Diary page.

Our progress meetings will be held as video appointments.  Bookings can be made online via the School Cloud system.  No app is needed for this system, either to book appointments or to attend the video meetings.  You will simply need a smartphone, laptop/PC or tablet with the video and microphone enabled.  All calls are encrypted.

Bookings will normally be open up to one week before the meetings and stay open until 9am two days before the meetings.  Parents will receive an invitation by email which will contain the bookings link and a guide to booking the appointment.

On the day, appointments will be for 5 minutes for each subject booked.  At the end of each appointment the video call will finish and automatically move to the next person on the schedule.
